Alecia offers 60, 75, and 90-minute RMT sessions that integrate fascial release, joint assessment, and slow, restorative work that allows muscles and tissues to relax before introducing movement or stretch. Her treatments are informed by anatomy and guided by what each client needs in the moment—whether that's calming the nervous system, addressing deep restriction, or supporting long-term mobility.

With over two decades of experience, I’ve built a practice that blends clinical knowledge with a deeply personalized approach. I offer evidence-informed massage therapy that supports recovery, mobility, and relaxation—whether you’re coming in with chronic tension or simply need relaxation and space to reset.

Beyond the treatment room, I teach movement-based manual therapy to RMTs and bodyworkers who want to expand their skills and confidence. Whether I’m working one-on-one or guiding a classroom, my focus is always the same: to help people feel better in their bodies.
