UPCOMING WORKSHOP

Integrated Deep Tissue and Fascial Line Stretches - Upper Body

Join me for a small-group, hands-on workshop designed for RMTs ready to bring more creativity, precision, and body centered flow into their treatments.

Over 4 Mondays, we will focus on:
*Understanding fascial lines and how tension patterns shape the body

*Applying dynamic stretch techniques by moving into resistance to release habitual holding patterns

*Using breath to build core connection and stabilize your movement and flow during treatment

*Practicing stillness to create tissue melting — allowing deeper fascial release without force

*Integrating fascia-based movement into treatment flow — creating real structural change and functional mobility for your clients

I'm currently in the process of applying for PDP recognition for this series.

Location: Deep Cove, BC
Start date: May 5th, 12th, June 16th, & 23rd.
Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Over four immersive days, we’ll move through the body in layers—refining your palpation, presence, and precision. Each day is rooted in both tradition and function, weaving fascial line theory with real-time anatomy and range of motion.

Day 1 – Supine Focus - MAY 5th
We begin in supine, working the Superficial Front Line and Deep Front Arm Line. You’ll learn how to open the anterior shoulder, chest, neck, and jaw with intention. Expect work through the clavicular and sternocostal fibers of pec major, breath-guided ROM, and gentle circular fingertip release to infraspinatus—preparing the body for deeper work.

Day 2 – Prone Focus - MAY 12th
In prone, we explore the Superficial Back Line, Deep Back Arm Line, and spinal stabilizers. Techniques include scapular mobilizations, trigger point work in rhomboids, and levator scapula. Expect a fluid integration of glide, shear, and stretch, releasing peak tension points along the posterior chain.

Day 3 – Side-lying Focus - JUNE 16th
Side-lying allows unique access to the lateral fascial seams—targeting Lateral Line and thoracic mobility. You’ll refine how to free the ribs, shoulder girdle, and QL using gravity-assisted stretch and cross-fiber contact. We also address cervical freedom by releasing scalenes and lateral neck musculature.

Day 4 – Integration & Flow - JUNE 23rd
We bring it all together—sequencing supine, prone, and sidelying work into a cohesive treatment. You’ll build your flow, refine your hands, and gain confidence in reading the body’s peaks, valleys, and compensatory patterns.

What to Bring:

  • Your manual is provided at the start of the workshop

  • Massage table (if you have one)
